BROOKLYN - Hurricane Sandy victims are getting a helping hand from the Avengers’ Hawkeye in a new comic book issue.

The issue, written by former Wall Street resident Matt Fraction, was inspired by the devastation caused by the storm.

Hawkeye, who is known as Clint Barton, is also a Bed-Stuy resident in the comic book.

Fraction says he will be donating all his royalties from the issue to the Red Cross.
