'Give Laugh Groove’ works with 'Feed My Starving Children' to tackle world hunger

GOWANUS - Organizers and volunteers with 'Give Laugh Groove' hope to pack up thousands of meals for hungry children. 

The goal of the 300 volunteers gathering today and tomorrow is to tackle world hunger.

Over the next 48 hours, volunteers are hoping to pack about 200,000 meals for 'Feed My Starving Children,' a Christian non-profit founded in 1987.

If you want to help, the volunteers will be at the green building on Union Street until 6:30 p.m. tonight, and from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.tomorrow.
