NEW YORK - Several large construction projects may make travel difficult across the borough this weekend.

The Queens Midtown Tunnel will have one tube closed from 2 a.m. Saturday until 5 a.m. Monday. The remaining tube will carry two-way traffic. Drivers are encouraged to use the 59th Street Bridge as delays will be heavy heading through the tunnel.

The Brooklyn Bridge will also be closed Manhattan-bound on Saturday and Sunday during the overnight hours. The Gowanus Expressway will have a lane blocked from 92nd Street to 54th Street over the same period.

Several subway lines will operate on an irregular schedule due to track work, as well.
