BROOKLYN - The Consumer Product Safety Commission plans to announce a national recall on 1.2 million high chairs.

The voluntary recall is for Harmony-TM high chairs made by Graco Children'sProducts, Inc., of Atlanta. The commission says it found loose screws in the front leg of the high chair can fall out and cause it to tip over unexpectedly.

The agency says it received 24 reports of injuries after chairs tipped over.
