BROOKLYN - Police arrested a man who they say killed another man in a special needs residence in East New York.

They say they found Camryn Ariyun, 21, with stab wounds to the torso inside the ICL building at 684 Livonia Ave.

ICL houses people between 18 and 26 years old who have mental illnesses, substance abuse problems and are homeless.

Police say they arrested Miguel Cordona, also 21, in connection with the attack. He faces charges of manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

They say the stabbing happened after the two had an argument over loud music.

ICL did not immediately respond to a News 12 request for comment.
