The 39-year-old father of seven was abducted from outside his Rutledge Street office back in January.

Officials say one person has been arrested and two more are being questioned in connection with the murder of Williamsburg businessman Menachem Stark.

Police say 26-year-old Kendel Felix has been arrested. They say Felix is being charged with second-degree murder.
