BROOKLYN - One person was hurt when a fire broke out in Bushwick. 

Officials say the flames started on the third floor of a Putnam Avenue building at around 11 p.m. Monday. 

Crews were able to get it under control within an hour. 

The victim was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
