A fire in a Flatbush apartment building sent one to the hospital early this morning.Residents say 65-year-old Theodore Goodin went to his neighbor for help

BROOKLYN - A fire in a Flatbush apartment building sent one to the hospital early this morning.

Residents say 65-year-old Theodore Goodin went to his neighbor for help when his second-floor apartment caught fire around 5:30 a.m. He was taken to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.

Officials say no one else was injured and the flames were contained to one unit.
