BROOKLYN - Police say one person was injured in an early morning fire in Williamsburg.

Officials say the fire started around 11:30 p.m. last night at 335 South 2nd street. It began on the first floor of the apartment building and spread to the second and third floors.

The victim was taken to Woodhull Hospital with minor injuries.
