10-year-old shot, man killed in crossfire

BROOKLYN - Police say a 10-year-old girl was hit with a stray bullet in a street shooting that killed a 24-year-old man Monday night. Cops say the incident occurred outside a grocery store on Stuyvesant Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Dalilah Grey,10, was shot in the arm and taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition. She was released Tuesday morning. Cops say the intended target was the second victim called "Sweety." He was taken to Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center with multiple gunshot wounds, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police say they are investigating the shooting and have not yet made any arrests.
