BROOKLYN - A $12,000 reward is now being offered in the search for an ATV hit-and-run driver who struck a police officer.

Investigators have released a sketch and surveillance video in hopes of tracking down the man who they say took off during a traffic stop on South Conduit Avenue in East New York Sunday.

One of the officers who pulled over the suspect for alleged reckless driving was hit and dragged nearly 200 feet, breaking a vertebrae and his nose.

NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton is hoping the reward will help lead to an arrest, at which point he wants to pursue an attempted murder charge.
