BROOKLYN - Police say a 16-year-old boy was shot to death in East Flatbush Saturday afternoon.

Officers say they responded to a call of a male shot in front of 92 East 53rd St. near Winthrop Street at around 12:45 p.m. They arrived to find Michael Moore unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head.

EMS transported Moore to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police say Moore got into some sort of dispute before he was shot, though it's unknown what sparked the argument.

No arrests have been made, police say.

It wasn't the first time Moore had been shot. Police confirm that back in October 2012, the teenager was shot in the leg, also on East 53rd Street. No arrest was made in that case.
