BROOKLYN - An armed teenager was wounded during a police-involved shooting in Brownsville.

According to the NYPD, the 16-year-old was firing a gun from the rooftop at 2294 Atlantic Ave. at around 9:30 p.m. Monday. They say two officers responded and shot the teen in both arms and his right ankle.

The teen was taken to Brookdale Hospital and is in stable condition. The cops involved were not hurt.

Officials say a second man was arrested as the teen's accomplice, and charges are now pending against both of them.
