18-year-old killed, 16-year-old wounded in East New York shooting

BROOKLYN - An 18-year-old is dead after a double shooting in broad daylight in East New York.

A passenger in a tan Sedan got out of the car wearing all black and a ski mask Sunday, and opened fire near Miller and Hegeman avenues, according to police.

The teenage victim was shot twice in the chest and died at the hospital. A 16-year-old was also hit in the leg, but is expected to be OK.

The gunman got away with a female driver.
