2 burglars caught on video during business burglaries in Williamsburg and Greenpoint

GREENPOINT - Williamsburg and Greenpoint residents are on edge after a dozen businesses in the area were burglarized.

Police are hoping surveillance video will help them track down the two men who they believe are responsible.

The video shows the two men getting out of a minivan in front of the Boulevard Tavern on Meeker Avenue before breaking in last Monday.

Police say the first known incident was on June 18. The latest was just last Thursday.

Cops say the men broke in, stole cash from registers then took off in a minivan.

Grandma Rose's Pizza, Cookie Road and One Stop Beer Shop were some other places that were hit.
