BROOKLYN - Two children are recovering after being struck by a car in East New York.

EMS says the kids were conscious and alert after the crash at the busy four-way intersection of Hendrix and Atlantic avenues Sunday.

The victims were rushed to Brookdale Hospital.

Police say the accident is under investigation.
