BROOKLYN - Two people are recovering after being shot during an armed robbery at a Brooklyn bodega.

The NYPD released surveillance video of two suspects caught running down the street after allegedly walking into a bodega on Throop Avenue Tuesday and announcing a robbery.

According to police, one suspect fought with a clerk while the other took money from the cash register. As they attempted to get away, one of the men began to struggle with another 19-year-old clerk, and shot him in the chest and armpit.

Once outside, cops say one of the suspects also shot a 24-year-old woman who was standing in the area.

Anyone who recognizes the men or has other information that could help should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
