20th annual Red Hook Fest celebrates post-Sandy rebirth

RED HOOK - Nearly 100 people were at Red Hook's waterfront today to celebrate the neighborhood's recovery from Sandy at the 20th annual Red Hook Fest.

This year's theme was "Rebuild, Restore, Rebirth: Resilience After Sandy."

The celebration began this morning at 10 a.m. with a parade at Coffey Park.

A festival, featuring music, arts and crafts and games, was held after the parade at Valentino Park.
