BROOKLYN - A total of 21 people, including 18 students, were hurt when a school bus collided with an ambulance in Borough Park Sunday night. 

According to investigators, an FDNY ambulance was responding to a call with its lights and sirens blaring when it hit the private bus at Fort Hamilton Parkway and 51st Street at around 9 p.m. 

Officials say two FDNY personnel and the bus driver were taken to the hospital, in addition to the students, who were 12- and 13-year-old boys. They were all checked out and released. 

No charges are expected to be filed.
