WINDSOR TERRACE - Police have made another arrest today in connection with sexual assaults that have been terrorizing Brooklyn women since September. Officials say they arrested the man after he was spotted acting strangely near where some of the attacks occurred.

Joshua Flecha, of Astoria, Queens, was arrested after being spotted by police acting strangely in Windsor Terrace, where some of the attacks have taken place. Officials say Flecha was seen walking slowly along a line of parked cars on 17th Street between 10th and 11th avenues.

When officers approached him, they realized that he was playing a porn video on his cell phone and that he had his pants unzipped. Officials also say that police officers noticed that Flecha looked like one of the suspect sketches that have been posted around the area.

While police say the arrest is a step in the right direction, they believe as many as four suspects may be involved in the sex crimes. The attacks have occurred in the communities of Park Slope, Sunset Park and Windsor Terrace.
