2nd suspect gets more than 100 years in fatal salon shooting

BROOKLYN - The second suspect in a fatal hair salon shooting in Fort Greene was sentenced to more than 100 years in prison in Brooklyn Supreme Court today.

Police say 24-year-old Zair Page, along with 27-year-old Robert Crawford, chased a 19-year-old into the Deluz Hair Gallery and opened fire in Oct. 2008. Page was earlier convicted of second-degree murder, four counts of assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Officials say the 19-year-old was killed and four others were wounded during the incident, including an off-duty police officer.

Crawford was sentenced to 53 years to life in prison last month.
