3 firefighters hurt battling 3-alarm fire on Dahlgren Street in Dyker Heights

BROOKLYN - Three firefighters suffered minor injuries while battling a three-alarm blaze in Dyker Heights.

Officials say it began at around 1:30 a.m. at 71 Dahlgren St., and spread to an attached building.

Intense flames caused part of the home to collapse before it was put under control about three hours later.

No civilians were injured, and the cause is now under investigation.
