3 hurt after cab jumps curb

PARK SLOPE - Three people are hurt after a livery cab crashed near a deli in Park Slope yesterday afternoon.

Witnesses say the cab turned onto 11th Street from 8th Avenue, jumped the curb and pinned a couple who were looking at newspapers outside Junior's Deli.

Police say the driver will be OK, but two men and one woman were hurt. Witnesses say they sustained most of their injuries to their legs.

Police say they are not expecting criminal charges to be filed against the cab driver.
