BROOKLYN - Three people were hurt after a car careened off the road and smashed into a Dunkin' Donuts in Brownsville Tuesday night.

Investigators say that a Honda SUV drove through the front window and door of the store located at Rockaway Parkway and Linden Boulevard at around 6 p.m.

The injured people, including the driver, were taken to Brookdale Hospital.

The manager of the shop says it's unclear when it will reopen because the damage is so extensive.
