3 kids, 4 adults hurt after school bus crash

Police are investigating a crash in Brownsville involving a car and school bus that injured seven people, including three children.The accident occurred at Bergen Street

BROOKLYN - Police are investigating a crash in Brownsville involving a car and school bus that injured seven people, including three children.

The accident occurred at Bergen Street and Mother Gaston Boulevard this afternoon.

Officials say the injuries are serious, but non-life threatening and that the victims were transported to Kings County and Brookdale hospitals.

According to eyewitnesses, the car ran a stop sign, striking the bus and causing it to roll over.

Police say they don?t suspect any criminality, but are continuing to investigate.
