It happened at 48 Fleet Walk. Neighbors say they awoke to the sound of gunfire.

Police say two victims were pronounced dead at the scene. They have been identified as 43-year-old Calvin Clinkscales, of Queens, and 39-year-old Lacount Simmons, of Brooklyn.

The third victim, 76-year-old Herbert Brown, also of Brooklyn, was pronounced dead at Methodist Hospital.
