4 arrested in Brooklyn for illegally spray-painting graffiti

The arrests were made in two separate incidents on Broadway.

BROOKLYN - Cops nabbed four people in Brooklyn over the weekend for illegally spray-painting graffiti. 

According to police, 24-year-old Alexis Blake and 21-year-old Ema Cee were charged after being caught near 341 Broadway. 

They say that just down the block, 41-year-old Paul Muniz and 24-year-old Giovani Carle were also arrested and charged with spray painting graffiti, criminal trespassing and possession of burglar tools. 

Officers are investigating whether the two incidents are related.
