4 injured in ambulance, garbage truck collision on Classon Ave. and Dean St.

Officials say four people were injured this morning in a collision between an ambulance and a garbage truck. The incident occurred at around 10:15 a.m.

BROOKLYN - Officials say four people were injured this morning in a collision between an ambulance and a garbage truck.

The incident occurred at around 10:15 a.m. at the intersection of Classon Avenue and Dean Street.

First responders say two victims were inside the ambulance and two victims were in the sanitation truck at the time of the accident.

All of the victims were taken to the hospital, but officials say their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
