BROOKLYN - Police have arrested four people and recovered three illegal guns in Crown Heights.

Cops responded to a call for shots fired at Franklin Avenue and Saint Marks Street on Thursday.

Officers say they saw somebody throw a backpack out of a window a few doors down on Saint Marks Street.

In the bag, police found the three guns. They then arrested three Brooklyn men and a Florida woman.
