BROOKLYN - A four-story scaffolding came crashing down onto the Bay Parkway twice early this morning.

Workers had just cleared the first scaffolding collapse on one side of the building when the scaffolding on the other side collapsed.

Police blocked off the roadway at West 12th Street while construction workers cleared debris out of the way.

No injuries were reported, but a few cars were damaged.

The Department of Buildings issued several violations to the contractors over the scaffolding collapse.
