EAST FLATBUSH - Four men were shot during a party early Sunday morning in East Flatbush.
Police say the four victims were standing in front of 395 East 48th St. when the suspect approached them and fired. The victims were taken to Kings County and Brookdale hospitals, and they're all expected to survive.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s wearing a black bandana around his face. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.

City Councilman Jumaane Williams is pushing for two new pieces of legislation to regulate house parties. The first would require homeowners who want to have a party with 40 or more people to notify police at least three days in advance. Williams also wants fines for people who promote house parties and charge money at the door.
