Cops say a 45-year-old man was found with head trauma at the Institute for Community Living on Nevins Street.

BROOKLYN - Authorities are investigating the death of a resident at a home for mentally disabled adults in Downtown Brooklyn.

Police say a 45-year-old man was found with head trauma Sunday morning at the Institute for Community Living on Nevins Street. He was taken to Long Island College Hospital where he died.

The medical examiner will now determine the cause of death.
