Business owners say video surveillance on 91st Street captures a group of men lighting a black garbage bag on fire.

BROOKLYN - Five dogs were found dead and burned on the side of a street in Canarsie.

Business owners say video surveillance on 91st Street captures a group of men lighting a black garbage bag on fire just after12:00 a.m. Monday.

Just hours after the incident, the bodies of one adult dog and four puppies were found burned and dead inside the garbage bag.

An ASPCA spokesperson said that the dogs were taken to the Bergh Memorial Animal Hospital in Manhattan for a necropsy, an autopsy for animals.
