A 5-year-old boy has died after getting hit by a car in Crown Heights. The accident happened at around 8:30 p.m. Sunday night at 289

The boy was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital.

CROWN HEIGHTS - A 5-year-old boy has died after getting hit by a car in Crown Heights.

The accident happened at around 8:30 p.m. Sunday night at 289 Empire Blvd. The boy was taken to Kings County Hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police say the driver stayed at the scene of the accident.
