BROOKLYN - Police have arrested one of two people wanted in connection with a string of robberies targeting elderly women.

According to investigators, Abbey Bethea has been charged with robbery, but her alleged male accomplice is still on the loose.

They say the duo held or put three women in a chokehold last month before snatching their bags. In one instance, the suspects were unsuccessful and fled empty handed.

Cops have also released surveillance video in hopes of finding the man involved.
