Police in Bethlehem, Penn. say alleged hit-and-run driver Julio Acevedo has turned himself in to authorities.

Acevedo is accused in the hit-and-run that killed 21-year olds Nathan and Raizy Glauber and their prematurely born child.

Acevedo is accused of fleeing the scene of the crash. Police say he was driving a BMW when it slammed into a livery cab carrying the couple.

He still needs to have an extradition hearing before he can stand before a Brooklyn judge. Acevedo could face charges ranging from leaving the scene of an accident to murder.
