BROOKLYN - Community activists are calling for change after another video of a teen being beaten by a large group of teens was uploaded to social media.

A 16-year-old boy was stabbed and another teen brutally beaten by a group of teens, and instead of someone stopping to help, people just stopped to video it and post it on Facebook, police say.

The two attacks happened one right after the other near the Barclays Center after school Monday.

Local activists are calling on parents of the teens to do the responsible thing and turn their kids in to police.  They also called on the victims to come forward and press charges.
