Activists rally for Wal-Mart in NYC

BROOKLYN - Brooklyn community activists launched a campaign at Borough Hall today to bring retail giant Wal-Mart to New York City.

Those in favor of the initiative say Wal-Mart would bring needed job opportunities to the city and provide funding for youth and social programs.

Despite the support, some Brooklyn residents and elected officials say they're against the idea, citing the company's history of low wages and accusations of unethical business practices.
