BROOKLYN - Aging passenger cars on the 'C' train are undergoing a $25 million makeover.

The MTA says its older subway cars are getting the facelift while the agency waits for a replacement fleet in 2014. Temporary upgrades include air conditioning and structural improvements.

The 'C' line was awarded the lowest marks on last month's "State of the Subway" report card for a fourth straight year.
