Ahmed Jones is 2nd suspect arrested in East New York deli murder of Hisham Zidan

A 19-year-old was already arrested in the case, but cops are looking for a third suspect. (1/22/14)

BROOKLYN - A second person has been arrested in the murder of an East New York deli worker.

According to police, 30-year-old Ahmed Jones has been charged with murder and burglary in connection with the killing of 55-year-old Hisham Zidan.

Investigators say Zidan was discovered in the basement of the Stanley Avenue deli on Jan. 10. A cash register was also found on the floor, and the store owner said cash and cigarettes were missing.

Cops already arrested and charged 19-year-old Amir Alawadi with murder in the case, but they believe a third suspect was involved and is still on the loose.
