Alleged Midwood clerk shooter arraigned

(08/26/10) BROOKLYN - The man who police say murdered a Midwood liquor store clerk was arraigned today.

Eion Klass, 33, was charged in the murder of Yoseph Robinson, a clerk at MB Vineyards. Police say Robinson was fatally shot while trying to protect his girlfriend during a robbery last week. Klass was released from prison in 2009 after serving a sentence for attempted murder.

He is being held without bail.
