BROOKLYN - Police have arrested two Brooklyn residents in connection with the robbery of a Midtown Manhattan jewelry store.

Allen Williams, 35, and Roberto Grant, 33, were taken into custody yesterday.

Police say Williams and Grant, along with three other men, entered a Cartier store on East 52nd Street at around 12:30 p.m. Thursday. The men smashed jewelry cases and stole 16 watches valued at over $700,000.

The three other men wanted have not yet been found. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
