BROOKLYN - Police say the driver of an ambulette van who hit and killed a 3-year-old boy yesterday in Coney Island probably won't face criminal charges.Authorities say Kevin Rodriguez was barreled over yesterday evening around 8 p.m. along West 15th Street near Neptune Avenue. Witnesses say it seems the driver might not have seen the young boy, who was crossing 15th Street with his father.Police say there is no criminality suspected at this time.
