BROOKLYN - Amtrak service between Philadelphia and New York is experiencing serious delays today, creating a headache for Bronx commuters. Trains were temporarily suspended this morning due to downed wires near Philadelphia. Two of the four tracks are now operating. However, railroad officials say travelers should anticipate delays throughout the day.
