BROOKLYN - A man allegedly seen on video kicking a cat has now been charged by police.

Andre Robinson, 21, is allegedly the man seen in a video that has gone viral. Police say they have now charged him with aggravated cruelty to animals.

In the video, the man kicks the cat and it goes flying in the air and lands in the grass by a fence. The man and other people around him start laughing loudly and the cat is no longer seen.

The attack happened outside an apartment complex believed to be on Fulton Street.
