Anel Kolenovic convicted in 2010 drunken driving death of Moshe Berkowitz in Midwood

A Brooklyn man has been convicted of manslaughter for a fatal 2010 drunken driving accident in Midwood. According to Kings County District Attorney Charles Hynes,

BROOKLYN - A Brooklyn man has been convicted of manslaughter for a fatal 2010 drunken driving accident in Midwood.

According to Kings County District Attorney Charles Hynes, Anel Kolenovic was speeding when he ran a red light at Ocean Avenue and Avenue N, and hit another car, killing Moshe Berkowitz.

Police say that the 25-year-old was drunk behind the wheel at the time. He faces a maximum of five to 15 years in prison when he's sentenced on March 18.
