BROOKLYN - Faithful Christians made their way over the Brooklyn Bridge as part of the 19th annual Way of the Cross.

Chopper 12 was overhead as hundreds made the symbolic Good Friday journey from the Saint James Cathedral in Downtown Brooklyn, where Cardinal Timothy Dolan joined parishioners for Mass.

The traditional Catholic procession recalls the suffering and death of Jesus Christ.

The march continued to City Hall and near One World Trade before concluding at Saint Peters Cathedral in Manhattan.
