Authorities say Pollydore’s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.

A man has been indicted on vehicular homicide charges for a drunken driving crash that killed his stepson in Brooklyn.

According to police, Anthony Pollydore lost control and slammed into a light pole at Eastern Parkway and Dean Street on March 23 with three children in the car. His blood alcohol level was .094, which is above the legal limit.
