Anthony Pollydore charged with vehicular homicide in crash that killed 11-year-old Dylan Perry

Authorities say Pollydore’s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit. (4/1/14)

BROOKLYN - A man has been indicted on vehicular homicide charges for a drunken driving crash that killed his stepson in Brooklyn. 

According to police, Anthony Pollydore lost control and slammed into a light pole at Eastern Parkway and Dean Street on March 23 with three children in the car. His blood alcohol level was .094, which is above the legal limit. 

His 11-year-old stepson, Dylan Perry, was taken to the hospital and died a day later from his injuries. Prosecutors say the kids were not all wearing seatbelts, but the other two are OK.

This was Pollydore's third DWI arrest.
