BROOKLYN - Anthony Weiner has released a new video vowing not to back out of the race for mayor.
The former congressman says he's determined to leave the decision up to voters in September, despite plunging poll numbers, increased demand for his resignation and being left by his campaign manager over the weekend.
In the video, Weiner says in part, "Quit isn't the way we roll in New York City. We fight through tough things. We are a tough city."
