CLINTON HILL - A Brooklyn man was shot and killed during an argument inside a Clinton Hill diner early Sunday morning.

Jason Lewis was having a verbal altercation with Tyrone Gainer inside the Country House Diner on Fulton Street. According to the surveillance video, Gainer pushed Lewis' girlfriend and then an argument ensued. The 34-year-old victim was shot once in the stomach just after 5 a.m.

The diner's owner, Hakem Abdel, says Lewis had been a loyal customer for 15 years and didn't have a bad bone in his body.

Gainer has been charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
